Welcome to our site!  The HIPPO Way is a new and creative way to visualize, understand and achieve wellness and healthy living.  Our goal is to enhance your level of wellness by supporting you to connect the pieces of the puzzle that make up you.  We all have common threads and we believe they flow through the Body, the Mind and Nature, we call these the HIPPO dots. This site has been created for you to help educate you on this new philosophy and guide you towards enjoying YOUR life, YOUR way….YOUR HIPPO way, for  YOU and on YOUR Terms.   We believe that all of the tools you need to live an incredible and fulfilled life are around you & within you, naturally and in abundance.

    I find that there has to be a level of belief and want to go “all in” on a dietary change .. a belief that your plan will work combined with Meditation and a creating a balance to your 3rd HIPPO dot by interacting with Nature… this will help keep you on your desired path and obtain your goals. Believing something will work 100% balances the Mind Hippo Dot, meditation will help you focus that belief…. Then i suggest you incorporate a Balance with Nature (be outdoors, interact with water, wind, earth, animals somehow). If you are trying to lose fat definitely find a plan that you feel works with your lifestyle from a digestive stand point.. I recommend YOUnique nutrition or Genesis PURE for this, Set 21 day goals and try to add in, not take away… AND be sure to balance the other two HIPPO dots while you do it. You will find that you will not “lose” it so easily…. when temptations arise, reach to nature or reach to your mind to balance, You will know where to reach based on what is missing in your day …. and ALWAYS ensure you are having FUN while you are doing anything!
